Founded in 2013, The Saddle Consignor began with a simple goal: make quality saddles more affordable and accessible while providing honest descriptions, reliable service, and a smooth buying experience. In 2024, we launched our website to better serve customers across the country, followed by the expansion of our full online product catalog in Fall 2025.

Owner-operated and based in North East, Maryland, our business is backed by real hands-on equestrian experience. The owner has been involved with horses since the age of 8 and also operates a working horse farm, bringing years of practical riding and saddle knowledge to every sale.

We specialize in a wide variety of Western saddles across many disciplines and frequently carry trusted brands including Billy Cook, Crates, Circle Y, Tucker, Big Horn, Tex Tan, Martin Saddlery, Double J Saddlery, Dale Chavez, Cactus Saddlery, Corriente, McCall Saddles, Reinsman, Hereford, Simco, American Saddlery, Dakota Saddlery, Royal King, and many more. We proudly sell over 400 used saddles each year, with inventory and demand continuing to grow nationwide.
