- Submit the form and wait for our team to review your request. We strive to review requests within 24 business hours.
- If your saddle meets our criteria, we will make you an offer based on its condition, brand, and market value.
- If you accept the offer, we will arrange for the shipping process.
- Once we receive your saddle and verify the condition as described, you will receive prompt payment for the agreed-upon amount. If there is undisclosed damage/modifications which devalue the saddle, the amount will be considered for renegotiation. Seller is responsible for return shipping if the condition was inaccurately described and renegotiation went unsettled.
- Payment is issued within three business days of saddle arrival. You have the choice to receive payment through Venmo, Paypal, or mailed check.
What We Do Not Accept
We accept saddles of all disciplines, but we have a few criteria. Saddles showing excessive wear damage, having had modifications, or requiring major repairs are not accepted. English saddles without knee pads or with suede knee pads are not accepted.
