Consign Your Saddle
Consignment Process
If you choose to consign your saddle with us, you can trust that we will work diligently to find it a new home. Consignment allows you to retain ownership of your saddle while we handle the entire selling process.
Follow these steps to request consignment:
- Fill out the Consignment/Sell Request form with accurate and detailed information about your saddle
- Include clear, high-quality photos from multiple angles
- Provide relevant details including condition, brand, and unique features
- Submit the form and wait for our team to review your request
Once approved, we will email you the consignment agreement for signature.
After approval, you will receive shipping instructions and best practices via email. At that time, you may choose one of the following options:
- Ship the saddle using your preferred carrier
- Request a prepaid shipping label from us
- Schedule a drop-off appointment at our shop in North East, Maryland
Once your saddle is received, we handle the entire process from listing to sale.
Your saddle will be professionally marketed across our website, online marketplaces, and social media platforms, reaching a wide audience of potential buyers.
When your saddle sells, we handle payment collection and shipping to ensure a smooth and secure transaction for both parties.

Commission Rate and Pricing Strategy
Entrust us with the consignment of your saddle and enjoy a seamless selling experience. Consignors receive 75% of the net sale price (25% commission).
Pricing is determined based on market trends, comparable sales, condition, and demand to ensure competitive positioning. Consigned saddles may occasionally be included in promotions or discounts to increase visibility and improve sales performance.
