How it works

We send you the perfect heavy duty box, packing, and shipping material for just $14.95. You'll receive the same tried and true supplies we use to ship nationwide.

We can also email you a pre-paid shipping label to ship us your saddle for $59.95 (Shipping & Handling rates apply). You'll get a shipping label addressed directly to our shop. 

DISCLAIMER: If you use your own box, it can be no larger than (Height x 2) + (Width x 2) + Length at a max of 108". UHaul and storage facilities usually carry a “Dish Pack box” that is 28x18x18”. When purchasing a label, a flat rate shipping & handling fee of $7.95 will be applied to your order regardless of what option is selected, even if it's only an emailed label. 

This is a convenience service- you are absolutely welcome to ship yourself OR if local, drop off in-person. We’d love to meet you!

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we regret that we cannot process your return. EXCEPTION: Final Sale saddles are not eligible for return.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in its original condition, with no signs of use or damage. New items must remain in their original unopened packaging.

Restocking Fee:

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. This fee is calculated based on the original purchase price.

Return Shipping Fee (Used Saddles):

A flat rate return shipping fee of $74.95 will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of return shipping and processing. You will receive a return shipping label within 24 hours of Return authorization approval.

Return Shipping Fee (All items except used saddles):

Buyer is responsible for return shipping. All returns must be pre-approved with a Return Authorization.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location. 

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

International Shipping:

The Saddle Consignor does not currently offer international shipping calculation at checkout.

International shipping costs and delivery times may vary. Please contact us to request an international shipping quote.
