New Merchandise/Tack — 30-Day Returns

New, unused tack purchased directly through our website may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in original, unused condition with original packaging and tags.

Saddles — 7-Day Returns

New and used saddles purchased directly through our website are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies to saddle returns and will be deducted from your refund.

New saddles returned with signs of use, including cinch marks on latigos or off billets, worn stirrups, or other evidence that the saddle has been ridden or used, are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Saddles may be tried on for fit purposes only and must be returned in the same condition received. Saddles showing excessive wear, damage, modifications, or signs of use beyond a fit check may not be eligible for return.

No returns will be accepted after the 7-day return period.

Local Used Saddle Trial — 3 Days

Used saddles picked up and returned directly at our shop are eligible for a 3-day local trial period.

The 15% saddle restocking fee is waived for used saddles returned within this local trial period.

Saddles must be returned in the same condition received.No returns will be accepted after the 3-day local trial period.

Used Tack — Final Sale

All used tack is final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.

Third-Party Purchases — Final Sale

Purchases made through third-party platforms, including live selling platforms and online marketplaces, are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

To qualify for our return policy, purchases must be made directly through our website.

Return Shipping & Refunds

All returns require prior authorization before shipping. Returns can be requested through your original email order confirmation.

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of return authorization and include tracking information. Returns that do not show carrier acceptance within this timeframe may not be accepted.

Returned items must meet all return requirements and be shipped using a trackable method.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected and are issued to the original payment method.

Saddle Exchange Options

If a saddle is not the right fit, we may offer consignment services or trade-in credit toward another in-stock saddle at Saddle Consignor’s discretion.

These options do not extend or replace the applicable return periods.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location. 

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

International Shipping:

The Saddle Consignor does not currently offer international shipping calculation at checkout.

International shipping costs and delivery times may vary. Please contact us to request an international shipping quote.

Shipping Address Accuracy:
